Scott Olson is founder of GlenHaven International, LLC, a professional consultancy focused on identifying high-potential contributors and preparing them for growth transition. GHI specializes in business processes for hiring, recruiting, leadership development, and development of high-potential business partnerships. Prior to establishing GHI, Mr. Olson created and implemented the annual performance review process currently used by the FBI to evaluate the leadership performance of the executives in charge of the Bureau’s 56 field offices. He also
developed and piloted the process used by the FBI to identify and prepare individual contributors for promotion to front-line supervisor.
During a career in government spanning 27 years, Mr. Olson served as a Deputy Prosecuting Attorney, an FBI Special Agent expert in counterintelligence operations and counterterrorism investigations management, and as an FBI Assistant Special Agent in Charge of Intelligence and Counterintelligence. Mr. Olson was also designated the FBI Legal Attaché to Baghdad, Iraq during which time he lived and worked in five different cities across the Middle East.
